All essential details regarding delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and accepted payment methods at ZENTRO for our home and garden range are set out on this page. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Costs
All prices shown on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are not levied by ZENTRO but imposed directly by the customs authorities or carrier in the destination country, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders submitted at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.
Where an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will inform you without delay should this occur.
3. Shipping Partners
Your order will be despatched through one of our trusted logistics partners:
- Royal Mail
- DHL
- DPD
- Evri
- UPS (for international shipments)
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking reference, allowing you to follow your delivery at any time.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address you enter is complete and accurate. We cannot accept liability for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.
5. Partial Shipments
On occasion it may be necessary to split a single order into multiple consignments — for example when individual items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will be applied in such circumstances.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted at ZENTRO:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.
7. Secure Payment Processing
All transactions are carried out through SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by ZENTRO at any point.
8. Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to you by email, containing all legally required particulars with VAT shown as a separate line item.
9. Issues with Your Delivery
Should your order fail to arrive within the stated window, or if the parcel shows signs of damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@zentro.com quoting your order number. We will act promptly to identify the most suitable resolution.
