Important information
- The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.
- Sending your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
- You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
